Returns Policy

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, or there is an issue with your order, contact DM as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos when needed so we can review the case. Return or exchange eligibility depends on the product condition, product type, and reason for the request, especially for products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene or safety reasons.
